Our soujouk is made of grinded veal meat and contains various kinds of spices which together with garlic, create a wonderful relish that enhances the taste , making it deep and different.
With this blend we fill the intestine and then we dry it. The result is the soujouk.
Soujouk is an air-cured product. Therefore, it can be consumed baked or non-baked.
